Is there anything more delightful than a beautiful bunch of blooms? Well actually, the girl behind Rock n Rosie's greenery is pretty delightful herself.
Her name is Charlotte and she loves flowers. She's the girl who always stops to smell the roses. A walk through trees takes twice as long with her. And, if you want to know what's growing in the gardens of St Clair, she's your lady. Her obsession starts with flowers, but her inspiration to use them comes from the curiosities and cultures of different times and places.
She puts this energy into creating bouquets that are a creative collision of fashion and flora, of music and blooms and of design and everyday decadence, and I'm so excited for her as she has just launched Rock n Rosie, a Dunedin florist with a difference. She curates just one seasonal blend of stems a week - and there's a story behind every weekly creation (yup, she had me at story!).
"I really love your work, it's exactly what I was after!!! Nailed it! You've been fab to deal with, you've made it all so easy when I was so overwhelmed with all the wording and I will definitely be using you again for future projects."
If you are in Dunedin, you're going to want to say hello, and pick up a bunch of happiness while you're there, otherwise discover the story behind Rock N Rosie here.
